What we collect

When you send a request or a help message, we collect the name, phone number, email address, business type and message you type, plus the country and currency you selected (or that your browser suggested). We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your request, prepare a proposal and deliver the service you ask for. If you give an email address, we also send you a confirmation message. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through Google services and forwarded to our team through a messaging service so we can reply quickly. When you open the site, fonts load from Google Fonts and exchange rates from a public rates service.

Your device

Your browser stores your chosen country, cached exchange rates and the position of the help button. This stays on your device. If website analytics are switched on, anonymous usage statistics may be collected.

Keeping and deleting your details

We keep your details only as long as needed to respond and deliver the service. If no project starts, we delete your request within 12 months. You can ask to access, correct or delete your details at any time through the contact form. Because we work online with clients worldwide, your details may be processed in countries other than your own.
